Go to:
www.sunat.gob.pe
and look for %26quot;tipo de cambio%26quot; at the left column
or enter:
www.bn.com.pe
the tipo de cambio is at the end of the right column. Today%26#039;s is:
Compra: S/.2.8800
Venta: S/.2.9700
Impuestos: S/.2.9340
Pasaporte: S/.2.9340
Those 2 links I put up are the %26quot;officlal%26quot; rates, commercial banks have their own rates but are generally close to the official rates.
Commercial stores, stick to their own rates aswell.
And there are also the %26quot;cambistas%26quot; street vendors with a calculator in hand acting as exchange agencies (yeap, we%26#039;re quite peculliar) they have the best rates but you should be carefull with them.
Hope this helped.
