in the past egyptian pound was too strong for example



the salary was 7 pounts i swear i am not kidding



i am talking about 1920%26#039;s



the rent of house range from 1 to 2 pounds



people were too rich



but because of the wars we entered pound lost most of its value



now 1 egyptian pound = 5.8 dollars

I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS A POLITICAL EXCHANGE RATE OR WHAT. BUT I RECALL CHANGING IT THROUGH THE NATIONAL BANK.
